Inside SalesPrimary Responsibilities
- Communicates with existing customers to secure continuing sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drives and monitors customer satisfaction, issue resolution and follows through on commitments.
- Advise the branch of pricing competitiveness to achieve margin expectations
- Retain product knowledge and advise customers of the features and benefits of our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Conducts themselves in a professional manner and able to keep information confidential
- Excellent communication and people skills. (oral and written)
- Proven strong computer skills
- Knowledge of industrial gases and welding supplies an asset
- Strong relationship building skills
