    As we continue to build our team in Merritt, we have an opportunity for an individual to join our team in Merritt, BC as a Warranty & Quality Consultant.

    In this role, you would be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Providing customer service regarding warranty questions and service by interacting with Sales, Operations, Contractors, Dealers and end customer
  • Attending onsite warranty consultation and completing repairs when required. Repairs may include cleaning and replacing product along with onsite mixing and patching of concrete
  • Processing warranty claims and documentation on a timely basis
  • Assisting with various continuous improvement projects
  • Inspect production material for defects
  • Perform internal QA audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices, and procedures
  • Assist with the maintenance of QA monitoring programs, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers
  • Support new product development and continuous improvement by integrating quality control tools into processes
  • Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge using office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid Driver's license, use of personal vehicle will be required (paid mileage)
  • Previous CI and Quality training an asset
  • Ability to embrace and promote the latest continuous improvement methods and ideas
