- Providing customer service regarding warranty questions and service by interacting with Sales, Operations, Contractors, Dealers and end customer
- Attending onsite warranty consultation and completing repairs when required. Repairs may include cleaning and replacing product along with onsite mixing and patching of concrete
- Processing warranty claims and documentation on a timely basis
- Assisting with various continuous improvement projects
- Inspect production material for defects
- Perform internal QA audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices, and procedures
- Assist with the maintenance of QA monitoring programs, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers
- Support new product development and continuous improvement by integrating quality control tools into processes
- Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization
- Be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn
- Have a positive attitude with a desire to help others succeed
- Be organized and have the ability to plan multiple tasks
- Be willing to work flexible hours as required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer knowledge using office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid Driver's license, use of personal vehicle will be required (paid mileage)
- Previous CI and Quality training an asset
- Ability to embrace and promote the latest continuous improvement methods and ideas
