    POSITION PURPOSE
    Guard and enhance data quality of asset digitization data by augmenting usability, accuracy, consistency, completeness, conformity to increase effectiveness of analytics insight discovery and actions, which would improve asset productivity and create values to our internal and external customers

    MAJOR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Detecting and investigating irregularities in asset tracking data and leverage data from a variety of sources

    • Partnering with business stakeholders, data engineering, implementation teams, product owners, digital operations to recommend systemic solution to resolve data quality issues.

    • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and conformity

    • Discover pattern and irregularities, identify exceptions in asset efficiencies.

    • Monitor data quality and ensure timely quality correction.

    • Identify and request resolution rules and automate data quality improvement wherever possible.

    • Ensure resolution processes are documented.

    • Explore and identify data quality and process improvement opportunities to fine tune data quality and improve efficiencies.

    • Provide training and support to users and stakeholders.

    CHALLENGES / PROBLEM SOLVING

    • Rapid increase in data volume from ongoing continuous diagnostic and targeted diagnostic initiatives

    • Understanding the complexities in each local supply chain

    • Investigating issues with limited information at hand

    • Collaborating with teams from different business functions and time zones

    • Managing workload that requires rebalancing of priorities

    AUTHORITY / DECISION MAKING

    • Working autonomously with differing location and/or time zones

    KEY CONTACTS

    • Data Engineering Team, Digital Operation Team, Product Owner, Implementation Team and Account Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems/Technology, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of SQL, Spark, Python

    • Exposure in BRIX, SAP, BW, Salesforce

    • Understanding of cloud computing environment
