LCM General Contractor ( a division of LCM Property Services Inc.) is currently hiring an
Estimator to join our team.


Estimators role in our company will be to visit sites and speak with customers to learn about the scope of future projects.

To create estimates by considering material costs and complexity of the project.

The estimator will also predict overtime and staff costs by thinking about the project deadlines and explaining the reasons for costs to customers.

Help to reduce costs by researching average prices and pay rates. They also build relationships with vendors and subcontractors.


The estimators skill and qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
  • Extensive understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing and electrical work is a beneficial skill
  • Experience with estimating software and Microsoft 365

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$42,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
