SAP Project Manager - Montreal, Canada - ADEX PERSONNEL INC.

Description

Adex-Personnel cherche actuellement un(e) SAP Project Manager / Solution Architect ( avec de l'expérience sur SAP Ariba Procurement ) , pour le compte de notre partenaire, leader en stratégie et en transformation numérique .

• Preparing high level design documents, solution design documents, architect design diagrams, reviewing design documents and solutions provided for SAP by vendors
• Preparing & reviewing CISO documents (Statement of Sensitivity, Information Security Requirements Document), and ISAD (Infrastructure Solution Architect Documents) with ARB
• Planning, conducting design workshops and preparing blueprint for S/4 HANA implementation
• Managing end to end lifecycle of multiple projects for Procurement and Manufacturing.
• Managing business demand, creating project charter for initial and full funding, getting budget approved with IRB, raising RFS request, reviewing and approving ROM and SOW from vendors, creating vendor PO, managing vendor onboarding
• Preparing and managing project plans, RAID logs, conducting project kick-off, monitoring, and controlling project deliverables, ensuring successful go live, managing closure of vendor PO and project closures while adhering to project management framework
• Managing SAP bundle release and new projects for SAP ECC and Ariba
• Managing other strategic initiatives and rollouts such as Ariba rollout to CA, US and MX, SP upgrades for PI and CIG, hot fixes for SAP SCN etc.
• Managing RFCs - identify changes, propose, and validate solutions, and ensure they are implemented on time
• Managing project budgets, identifying deliverables & key milestones, scheduling timelines, defining goals, targets & priorities
