In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.


Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic
Communications Specialist to join our growing Marketing + Communications team.

In this key role, you'll not only contribute to our existing programs but also contribute to the development of new initiatives that align with our studio and client objectives.


What you will do:


Content Creation and Management:

  • Write, edit, and produce highquality content for various platforms, including social media posts, RFPs (Request for Proposals), CVs (Curriculum Vitae), project sheets, and web content.
  • Maintain and curate a content library for strategic use.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize a content calendar to ensure timely releases.
  • Align the company's distinctive brand voice with writing efforts to support marketing objectives.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and manage company's social media channels.
  • Contribute to the development of social media strategies and best practices.
  • Create and publish engaging content on various social media platforms.
  • Ensure a consistent and timely release of social media posts to support companywide marketing initiatives.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Assist in tracking and reporting the progress and performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and analyze relevant metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Provide support in executing marketing, digital, social media, and public relations initiatives as needed.

Market Research and Analysis:
Investigate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to uncover new social media and marketing opportunities


What you will bring:


  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 36
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 4 days in the studio.
