Warehouse Worker - Winnipeg, Canada - Kemel Warehouse

Description

Kemel Warehouse is looking for a hard-working individual to work at our Winnipeg Warehouse location as well as be a helper on a truck for installing and picking up.

Please note this job can earn base hourly pay, overtime, and bonus amounts.

We view this job as a stepping stone toward becoming an experienced warehouse worker which would be increased responsibility and pay.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare warehouse tools and machinery.

Unload trucks after pickups and pre-load trucks for following-day deliveries.

Help to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.

Use proper carrying techniques to prevent damage to tools in the warehouse.

As needed, properly document the delivery/pickup including items that will require further attention or follow-up.


Qualifications:

Fluent in the English language to communicate with customers and coworkers.

With a partner, the ability to safely lift and carry over 60 lbs. (including up and down stairs).

Understanding of basic use of hand tools and power tools.

Ability to work overtime when required.

Note:
this is a Monday - Friday position, weekends are not required.

Competitive pay will be established based on experience including base pay and bonus pay. $25 per hour.

Up to $25.00 per hour
