Role Summary:

A prestigious company in the automobile leasing industry is looking to hire a


Responsibilities include:

- **Greet clients/suppliers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Assist customers with their requests.
  • Answering calls & taking messages; Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain the call and walkin Log on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain log of all incoming vehicles.
  • Create file for incoming vehicles and advise all staff of new vehicle info ect.
  • Maintain monthly log of inventory and update excel list.
  • Daily courier and mail.
  • Processing daily payments.

Requirements:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) & Outlook
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail


  • Bilingual

  • English and French
  • Works well in a team
  • Organized
  • Dynamic

Job Type:

Salary:
$38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
