Role Summary:
A prestigious company in the automobile leasing industry is looking to hire a
Responsibilities include:
- **Greet clients/suppliers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with their requests.
- Answering calls & taking messages; Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain the call and walkin Log on a weekly basis.
- Maintain log of all incoming vehicles.
- Create file for incoming vehicles and advise all staff of new vehicle info ect.
- Maintain monthly log of inventory and update excel list.
- Daily courier and mail.
- Processing daily payments.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) & Outlook
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual
- English and French
- Works well in a team
- Organized
- Dynamic
Job Type:

Salary:
$38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
