The Maintenance Supervisor will:

Maintain the Museum's facilities, related building systems, equipment, and tools. Identify and complete required repairs.
Perform routine checks on building infrastructure (i.e., sprinkler and alarm system, fire inspections, etc.) and identify short

- to mid-term repair and maintenance needs.

Oversee the implementation of, and participate in, a full range of custodial and housekeeping services in all Museum areas.
Use and maintain Museum Operating Collection including steam equipment.
Maintain the safety and integrity of the Operating Collection during usage and supervise volunteers when operating including monitoring their work for quality, safety and policy compliance.
Provide excellent customer service to Museum patrons, volunteers, clients and coworkers.
Assist other staff and departments as needed.
Always be visible, professional, helpful and proactive.

The work schedule is 72 hours per 2-week pay period.
