Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and play a vital role in our operations. You will collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager and Lab Management to ensure the seamless fulfillment of orders.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing sample kits, fulfilling order requests from clients, and managing orders using various shipping methods such as Canada Post, Purolator, and courier companies.

Your ability to work independently, handle multiple orders simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization will be essential.

Additionally, you will be responsible for labeling shipping packages, preparing packing slips, and ensuring timely delivery using company vehicles on assigned routes.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are assets for this role.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside the Logistics Manager and Lab Management to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Prepare sample kits and fulfill order requests from clients.
  • Manage incoming orders and distribute them for processing.
  • Utilize various shipping methods, including Canada Post, Purolator, and courier companies, to send orders to clients.
  • Independently manage multiple incoming orders throughout the day.
  • Label shipping packages with appropriate stickers and packing slips.
  • Ensure timely delivery of packages using company vehicles on assigned routes.
  • Report to Logistics Manager and Lab Managers, providing updates on order fulfillment and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory.
  • Operate warehouse equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience with warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$18 per hour
