The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, this role supports continuous improvement through business analysis, process review, re-engineering and documentation, and performance measurement.

This role leads process improvement and technology projects and supports corporate performance monitoring through data analytics.

This role facilitates the delivery of cross-divisional projects using sound project management practices, strong analytical skills, and a focus on improving services for clients.

As the Business Analyst you will:
Provide strategic advice and support in areas such as performance measurement, data analysis and program and service reviews
Support groups with process documentation, implementation plans and appropriate change management strategies
Perform data analysis, including modeling, return on investment assessments, and cost-benefit analysis to provide recommendation to departments on areas for improvement
Lead other projects as assigned following proper project management methodology

This position offers an hourly rate of $45.77, based on a 35-hour work week.
