PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Your tasks at a glance

  • You complete the process of payroll on a weekly basis.
  • You respond to inquiries from employees.
  • You calculate and enter data for the monthly bonus payment.
  • You update employee files: rates, terminations, ROE, benefits, etc.
  • You participate in the administration of the group insurance plan for employees.
  • You produce monthly reports for our Finance department (payroll journals, allocation report, vacation accrual report, etc).
  • You prepare yearend reporting and filing.
  • You occasionally help to enter invoices for the Accounts Payable team.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have a certification from the Canadian Payroll Association or Payroll Compliance Practitioner accreditation (level 1 completed).
  • You have excellent communication skills in English et vous parlez également français.
  • You have a college diploma in Administration, Business or any related diploma (an asset).
  • You have experience using ADP WorkforceNow (an asset).
