Mid-Level to Senior Associate - Tax

We are looking for

A midlevel to Senior Associate with experience in the area of corporate tax (both domestic and international), including mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
Experience and interest in structuring private company reorganizations, providing tax advice and structuring for nonresident corporations, and international tax planning an asset.
This position offers the opportunity for a full practice with a focus on tax due diligence on acquisition transactions, tax structuring advice, and crossborder corporate transactions.
