- Help stakeholders define their needs and guide them towards the corresponding modules and functionalities
- Configure modules according to client's business needs
- Provide extensive technical and functional support during deployment phases
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer in line with responsibilities
- May be called upon to coordinate the integration of other solutions and functionalities to complete projects
- Univerisity or College degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years experience on large-scale SAP implementation, deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on the following module: MM
- Your knowledge of SAP Logistics (SD / MM): procurement, purchase orders, pricing schemes, basic transactions, flows, integration points
- Your experience of integration and tie-in points with other SAP modules
- Your ability to work with SAP's Charm and Solution Manager, as well as Configuration and Logistic Execution
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles
- Your ability to put forward ideas and persuade effectively
- Your leadership during testing and quality assurance phases
- Your interpersonal skills in customer support, incident analysis and problem solving.
- Your results orientation and ability to respect service level agreements
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working with resources outside the province of Quebec
