- Closing new Packsize accounts within a defined area.
- Overseeing proposals, negotiating terms/conditions, and implementing contractual agreements with accountability for delivering financial results.
- Conducting meetings to understand prospective customers' current packaging processes.
- Proactively reaching out to new prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentations.
- Designing and implementing optimum process flows that reduce cost, improve efficiency, and sustainability.
- Working alongside Packsize software and Sales Engineers to develop right-size packaging process flows.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in sales).
- 2-5 years of successful track record in a complex selling environment to C-Level executives.
- Significant experience in a multifaceted, strategic sales process and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Ability to manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process as it relates to territory and account opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Ability to work from a home office.
