The Opportunity:

Tahini's is looking for a Manager, Franchise Operations / Performance to join our team based in the Greater Toronto area.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Manager, Franchise Operations / Performance is the Restaurants' partner and consultant. The role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing Restaurants' performance, customer experience, operations, financial, and marketing initiatives.

They also work collaboratively with Owners and their Managers to drive overall results while ensuring Restaurants meet operating standards, guidelines, and exceptional customer experience.

This role acts as the main link between Tahini's and the Restaurant Owners within their region.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leads and drives Operational Performance and the overall Customer Experience in all restaurants within Region
  • Conducts regular audits focussed on the Customer Experience, Product Quality and overall Execution of the Brand standards
  • Ensures all new initiatives are properly implemented and executed new product launches, LTO's, process improvements, marketing programs, and technology initiatives
  • Gains respect from Owners and is recognized as an asset to their business
  • Assesses Operational Execution and partners with Owners to reduce and resolve issues
  • Acts as a business consultant and coach to Owners and Managers
  • Conducts regular financial reviews with Owners
  • Assists Owners with new store openings

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of multiunit operational experience in a QSR, Franchise business
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
  • Ability to identify issues and use good judgment in making decisions to resolve
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with different audiences
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Flexibility with schedule to meet operational needs including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
