Role Summary


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the team's production of high-calibre and on-time deliverables for each of their assigned clients.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining client marketing plans and ensuring that all information required to advance deliverables is acquired in a timely fashion.


Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and reviewing marketing plans to ensure they are updated with client information will be the primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator at Victory Media (Victory) is ultimately responsible for coordinating all components of the client marketing plan such as monthly newsletter production, blog and web content creation, designed collateral and overseeing the completion of _ad hoc_ client requests.

The Marketing Coordinator gathers assets from and confirms details with clients, schedules tasks to the Victory team, and ensures all deliverables are produced on time, ensuring that all pieces are reviewed by Quality Assurance prior to submitting to the client.


Core Functions & Duties
Works as the primary liaison between clients and Victory; provides coordinating and project management services to our clients.

Schedules and conducts weekly calls with each client to touch base with all stakeholders, provide updates on projects, and/or acquire client information required to update their marketing calendar accurately.

Also provides sharp proofreading as part of Victory's Quality Assurance program. _

Collaborates with colleagues across Victory Media to ensure that each marketing calendar is complete with quality information relevant to each client's goals and each deliverable is tasked out on time.

The Marketing Coordinator will ensure Victory Operating Principles are fully embraced in all interactions. _

The Marketing Coordinator coordinates the planning and production of all deliverables in a marketing plan, from concept to delivery, and will ensure that our collective output is of superior design integration, and produced with efficiency, quality, and attention to detail.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field of study preferred
  • Relevant medical, cosmetic and/or beauty industry experience preferred (an interest in and passion for which is required)

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 3years' experience in a fastpaced, highquality production/development team environment
  • Strong understanding of Apple/Microsoft desktop publishing suites, G-Suite
  • Experience in web project management is an asset, specifically in overseeing planning and the production timeline
  • Experience in coordinating daily personal operations and creating plans to deliver superior assets is an asset
