- Running Nexis Diligence screening on Group Trust clients and connected parties, high risk assets, new connected parties, service providers, third party payees and potential new clients.
- Carrying out additional online searches for the purposes of enhanced due diligence, research, verifying information and assessing potential risks.
- Discounting false positive and immaterial results.
- Analysing and summarising results clearly.
- Escalating positive hits to Compliance and the business.
- Assisting with other ad hoc Trust Control functions and projects.
- Ability to promptly and appropriately escalate risks to management and Compliance team.
- Good communication skills.
- To work independently and manage own workload.
- High ethical standards with the ability to handle sensitive information and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
