Description

We are an established Property Management company with MULTIPLE MULTI-RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS (FULL COMPLEXES) in Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge that we are renovating.

We are looking for a reliable, full-time General Labourers and Skilled Workers with experience in:

General Labourer:

Receiving deliveries of materials.
Gutting units.
Cleaning/Hauling Trash.
Moving materials around for other contractors.
Etc.
Previous experience in renovation.
Their own transportation to job site.
Their own tools (basic tools will suffice for a general labourer, hand tools and drills very beneficial).
Strong attention to detail.
A phone with a data plan as our time keeping is done through an app.
