Sherwood Park, AB complex, Clean Harbors is seeking an experienced
Health and Safety Representative to join their safety conscious team

Supporting multiple Canadian Specialty Operations Branches:

Coach team members to understand their safety responsibilities and enhance performance.
Foster and maintain positive client and Clean Harbors operational relationships.
Boots on the ground, in the field in all weather conditions 50% in the field.
Audit performance and compliance with Health & Safety policies, programs, and procedures.
Work with Leaders, conduct incident investigations.
Work with Leaders support safety meetings on topics designed to promote a better understanding of Clean Harbors Health & Safety policies, programs, procedures, or general Health & Safety.
Conduct health and safety site inspections and audits to assure compliance with Corporate Health & Safety policies, programs, procedures and guidelines, and proper work practices needed to maintain safe operations.
Minimum of 5+ years Health and Safety experience within an industrial setting
NCSO designation required.
CRSP designation preferred.
OH&S Diploma, certification is an asset.
Class 5 driver's license is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel throughout Alberta and at times, other locations across Canada to support projects, turnarounds, and outages.
