- Define high-voltage electrical power distribution architecture
- Contribute to battery integration and BMS strategy (lithium-based systems)
- Support control systems integration across propulsion and energy storage
- Contribute to certification-aligned development processes (ARP4754, regulatory engagement)
- Participate in periodic in-person technical workshops in Canada
- Experience on Part 25 transport-category aircraft programmes
- Hybrid-electric or electric propulsion exposure
- High-voltage aircraft electrical architecture experience
- Energy storage system integration experience
- Strong systems engineering foundation
- Experience working in early conceptual or pre-PDR environments
