We are a coaching and training company specializing in e-commerce for French-speaking entrepreneurs across France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Morocco. We offer high-ticket service packages with comprehensive multi-month support programs.
Our sales team currently includes 7 members (closers, inbound setters, outbound setter, DM setter). We are looking for a senior Head of Sales to take immediate ownership of this team.

You are not joining a team to build from scratch: the team exists, tools are in place, and offers are defined. What we need is an operational leader who optimizes, structures, and delivers results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales performance management:
- Define and track individual and team KPIs (show-up rate, closing rate, collected revenue, ROAS)
- Analyze daily EOD (End of Day) reports from each team member
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Achieve sales targets set by leadership
- Respect deadlines defined by leadership
Team leadership and coaching:
- Manage a team of 7 (closers and setters)
- Conduct RolePlay sessions (minimum 1-2 times per week)
- Perform systematic call reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Continuously challenge and improve sales scripts
Funnel optimization:
- Improve every funnel stage: DM outreach, pre-qualification, expert calls, closing
- Maximize conversion rates at each stage
- Reduce no-shows and cancellations
- Collaborate with marketing to improve inbound lead quality
Systems and reporting:
- Ensure rigorous CRM maintenance (GoHighLevel)
- Deliver precise weekly reports to leadership
- Implement automation and performance tracking systems
- Provide field intelligence: objections, prospect feedback, improvement opportunities
Recruitment and training:
- Recruit and onboard new setters/closers as designed and needed to respect SLA provided by leadership.
- Train new hires according to validated processes

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Required experience:
- Minimum 3 years of high-ticket closing (products/services above EUR 5,000)
- Minimum 2 years managing a sales team (setters and closers)
- Proven track record in coaching, infopreneurship, or online e-commerce
- Verifiable sales performance over the past 12 months
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (CRM): pipelines, automations, lead tracking
- ClickUp for project management
- Discord for team communication
- Google Sheets for performance dashboards
- Consultative selling and one-call closing methodology

COMPENSATION
- Trial period (2 months): EUR 1,800/month (fixed)
- After validation: EUR 2,000/month (fixed)

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Pilotage de la performance commerciale :
- Définir et suivre les KPI individuels et collectifs (taux de show-up, taux de closing, CA collecté, ROAS)
- Analyser quotidiennement les EOD (End of Day) de chaque membre de l'équipe
- Identifier les goulots d'étranglement dans le funnel et mettre en place des actions correctives
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente définis par la direction
- Respecter les deadlines définis par la direction
Management et coaching de l'équipe :
- Encadrer une équipe de 7 personnes (closers et setters)
- Organiser des sessions de RolePlay (1 à 2 fois par semaine)
- Réécoutes d'appels systématiques et feedback actionnable
- Challenger et améliorer continuellement les scripts de vente
Optimisation du funnel :
- Améliorer chaque étape du tunnel de vente : DM, pré-qualification, appels expert, closing
- Maximiser les taux de conversion à chaque étape
- Réduire les no-shows et annulations
- Collaborer avec le marketing pour améliorer la qualité des leads
Systèmes et reporting :
- Garantir la tenue rigoureuse du CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Reporting hebdomadaire précis à la direction
- Mise en place de systèmes d'automatisation et de suivi
- Remontée terrain : objections, retours prospects, opportunités d'amélioration
Recrutement et formation :
- Recruter et intégrer de nouveaux setters/closers de manière proactive pour respecter les objectifs. Les setters et closers doivent être sélectionnés en adéquation avec la niche infopreneur.
- Former les recrues selon les process validés

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Expérience requise :
- Minimum 3 ans en closing high-ticket (produits/services à plus de 5 000 EUR)
- Minimum 2 ans en management d'équipe commerciale (setters et closers)
- Expérience dans le coaching, l'infopreneuriat ou le e-commerce en ligne
- Track record vérifiable sur les 12 derniers mois
Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise de GoHighLevel (CRM) : pipelines, automatisations, tracking
- ClickUp pour la gestion de projet
