Position:
E-commerce Manager


Job Functions:


  • Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the endtoend order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping orders.
  • Implement and refine operational procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and optimizing storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast volume and staffing needs.
  • Lead and motivate the logistics team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics department.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to reduce errors and returns.
  • Implement strategies to improve the overall online customer experience, from website navigation to postpurchase support.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues related to fulfillment.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the online store, ensuring a seamless and userfriendly shopping experience.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order processing times, shipping accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on fulfillment center performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and supplies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all fulfillment center equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with thirdparty service providers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ecommerce fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and develop highperforming and crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in shopify backend, web analytics tools, digital marketing, and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment processes, platforms, technologies, trends
    , andother relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, communication and organizational skills.

Salary:
$55,000-65,000


Benefits

Schedule:

40 hours per week/Monday to Friday

Holidays and Weekends (occasionally/when required)

Should be available for overtime hours when required.
