- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
- 2 years of project management experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) and entrepreneurial ventures or environments.
- Experience with product and demonstrated sales success video-focused advertising solutions, including experience in audience targeting, creative best practices, and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing large and complex advertising accounts.
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Partner with customer Brand and Media leads to develop full-funnel video strategies that addresses brand-building objectives (e.g., brand awareness, consideration, perception shifts).
- Leverage deep knowledge of YouTube's content, audiences, and ad formats to construct compelling creative and media proposals that align with the customer's marketing calendar and brand safety needs.
