We are Hiring: Project Control Officer (Junior Level) – Hybrid/Remote Opportunity

up to 3 motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Control Officers
to join a confidential client in the
digital health ecosystem
. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical initiatives supporting identity and access management (IAM) and digital service integration.

Position Type:

Contract:
9 months to start with potential of an additional 9 months extension
Start Date:
April 1, 2026
Location:
Toronto, Onsite (up to 5 days onsite as per Hiring Manager discretion)
Compensation:
$40–50/hr (depending on skills and experience)

Role Overview

The
Junior Project Control Office
r will provide operational and project support to ensure seamless business process implementation, client integration, and end-user authorization. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in
business operations, project coordination, client support, or identity and access management processes
.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to support integration initiatives, execute IAM processes, and provide process documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support:

Coordinate operational activities, including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents, and escalations within SLA timelines.
Execute IAM processes, including end-user authentication and authorization.
Support communication and engagement plans for integration initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement and documentation aligned with evolving business needs.

Project Coordination:

Assist with product integration initiatives, including testing, documentation, and reporting.
Provide support for Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) case execution.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and operational updates.

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation:

Deliver full knowledge transfer to client teams during and at the conclusion of the engagement.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables and milestones are communicated effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2+ years
of experience in
business analysis, project coordination, or digital health operations
.
Proven experience supporting
identity and access operations (IAM)
or similar authorization processes.
Strong
customer service and stakeholder engagement
skills.
Experience assisting with
business process improvement
and maintaining documentation.
Solid understanding of
data integrity principles
and quality assurance.
Strong
organizational skills
, ability to multitask, and meet SLA timelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Skills

Experience in the
digital health ecosystem
.
Knowledge of
business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
.
Familiarity with
IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
.
Ability to work in a
high-volume, fast-paced environment
.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
