Responsibilities
- Complete all required training testing convey positive company image when communicating with patients providers or pharmacies support retail pharmacies workflow data clinical verification of prescriptions via their pharmacy system consult with patients regarding drug therapy help provide medication information resolve drug therapy problems through various communication modalities including chat phone entry of clinical non-clinical information into application databases achieve specific quality goals related to adherence standard operating procedures provide leadership support team members ensure adherence program procedures compliance legal requirements standards pharmacy practice maintain patient confidentiality interactions handling prescriptions volume voice shredding documents attainment patient consent practice within legal requirements ethical principles demonstrate professional integrity acting uphold professional standard practice perform additional duties supporting additional CPS programs based workload business needs.
