    Wage: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

    The Payroll Administrator processes full cycle weekly and biweekly payroll and ensures that every member of our company is paid correctly. They are also responsible for handling all administrative tasks for onboarding new hire orientation and conducting quarterly audits of all payroll records.
    The Payroll Administrator will spend the day in an office setting. They will be handling office-based tasks such as emails, report generation and review.

    Qualifications:
    • Post-secondary education in a related field and Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.
    • Minimum of three years of experience administering full-cycle in house payroll for medium-sized business.
    • Experience within unionized environments.
    • Experience with Oracle and ADP.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
