Responsibilities:

- work within a team to answer calls and communicate to customers

Relay vehicle needs identified by technicians to vehicle owners
Use industry software to build work orders, order parts and receive payment
Assist with picking up clients and washing vehicles
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Selfmotivated and goaloriented
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
