Bilingual Employee Relations Manager - North York, Canada - Pure Strategic Marketing

Job Overview:
Duties:
- Develop and implement employee relations programs to support a positive work environment
- Investigate and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and complaints
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Proven experience in Human Resources management, particularly in employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro
- Experience with budgeting and payroll processes
- Excellent interviewing and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences
Pay:
$90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
