Role Summary


Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with your TSM, and others in your territory to quickly and efficiently work IF bids post sale day.
  • Build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business
  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers and Performance Managers in assigned areas
  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • On sale days, you will proactively reach out to your book of buyers for your territory and get them to engage with the platform
  • Meet specified targets for buyer attendance for the online auction
  • Have an indepth knowledge of EBlock's platform and set new clients up for success using the platform
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research

Qualifications:
What You Will Need

  • Proven experience increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the auto industry
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problemsolving aptitude

  • At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this fulltime position is $47, $49,000.00, and this role is eligible for participation in our competitive bonus plan. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location._
