Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and execution of campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, and campus events.
Support the coordination and logistics of campus interviews, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and interview schedules.
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, job postings, and internship descriptions targeted towards college students.
Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media campaigns, content creation, and engagement with campus communities.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the campus recruitment program.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Highly detailoriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their relevance in employer branding and recruitment.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a paid internship position with a duration of 12 months. The specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
