In this role, the
Service Administrator will be responsible for items such as:

Managing/monitoring courtesy car fleet

- contacting customers to follow up with online appointments
- going through open parts orders to book repairs
- checking for outstanding recalls or warranty coverage
- providing quotes on certain repairs
