ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Culture:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team across Sky Bistro and Peak Patio
• Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent through meaningful training, mentorship, and engagement
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, and pride in service
• Be present on the floor, leading by example and setting the standard for hospitality excellence
• Champion a safe, inclusive workplace where team and guest safety always comes firstOperations &

Guest Experience:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on seamless execution, elevated service, and strong sales performance
• Balance premium dining expectations with high-volume business levels
• Continuously refine service flow and guest touchpoints to enhance the overall experience
• Actively engage with guests and team members to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure consistency in quality, cleanliness, and operational standards across all outletsStrategy & Innovation:
• Support development and execution of seasonal activations, promotions, and memorable events that drive energy and excitement
• Lead innovation in service style, flow, and operations to set new standards for excellence
• Collaborate with Restaurant Chef to deliver cohesive, story-driven dining experiencesFinancial &

Business Leadership:

• Own the financial performance of Sky Bistro & Peak Patio, to achieve sales, labour and profitability targets through strong execution and smart decision making
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of labour management, forecasting, and financial performance to balance service excellence with efficiency
• Build schedules and staffing plans aligned to business levels and seasonal demand
• Identify and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth, productivity, and cost control
• Conduct quarterly team meetings to align on goals, celebrate wins, and reset service and performance standards
• Attend and contribute to leadership meetings to align priorities, review results, and coordinate operational initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresCollaboration:
• Partner closely with Culinary, Retail, Guest Services, and Gondola leadership to ensure seamless operations
• Build strong cross-department relationships to support building-wide initiatives and events
• Communicate effectively across teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional results
  REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years Food & Beverage leadership experience in high-volume or premium dining environments
• Leadership of complex service periods including events, buyouts, and activations
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing service teams
• Labour planning, scheduling, and productivity management
• Food and Beverage operational leadership in high-volume dining environments
• Leadership presence during peak service periods
• Elevated service standards in high-volume dining environments
• Cross-department collaboration with strong professional communication
