Prudent Law is rapidly growing law firm based in Mississauga. We are seeking a real estate lawyer to focus in our private mortgages department.

Previous experience in the following is an asset:

review of title and off title searches;

- experience acting for lenders on private mortgages;
- knowledge and experience with law society requirements when acting on a private mortgage;
- great attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
- previous experience working on a high volume of real estate files every month.

This lawyer will have several law clerks reporting to them.

Salary:
$90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
