    Job Description

    AIM's Account Manager team is recruiting a high-energy, driven individual with experience in a value-driven sales approach. Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience. This critical function is responsible for acquiring new and driving a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process. It works with the rest of the AIM organization to uncover new ways to continue to make AIM a leader in the metal recycling industry.

    What you'll do:

    • Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition by managing the complete sales process.
    • Drive the KPIs set by the manager and senior leadership team.
    • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
    • Drive new sales by targeting potential customers and strategizing the best method to acquire the account. Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
    • Be organized - effectively manage an account set and keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.
    • Enable successful roll-out of AIM services to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant documentation, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches and sites visits in person.
    • Collaborate closely with account management team to support existing customers and the renewal process.
    • Have experience in generate reports pertaining to sales like sales growth, market potential, margins, and P&L
    Qualifications
    • Results-driven mentality, with a propensity for speed and action
    • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and high-energy
    • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
    • Willingness to travel
    • University Degree is preferred.
    • Sales, marketing and/or operations focus is an asset.
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
