- Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition by managing the complete sales process.
- Drive the KPIs set by the manager and senior leadership team.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Drive new sales by targeting potential customers and strategizing the best method to acquire the account. Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
- Be organized - effectively manage an account set and keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.
- Enable successful roll-out of AIM services to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant documentation, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches and sites visits in person.
- Collaborate closely with account management team to support existing customers and the renewal process.
- Have experience in generate reports pertaining to sales like sales growth, market potential, margins, and P&L
- Results-driven mentality, with a propensity for speed and action
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- Experience building and maintaining relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and high-energy
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
- Willingness to travel
- University Degree is preferred.
- Sales, marketing and/or operations focus is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
