As a
Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts based in Canada and the Philippines.

You'll be a key contributor to ensuring our team hits our targets, and that our employees are supported and continue to grow at Zeitview.

Your work will help ensure we delight our clients by delivering high quality, timely reports.

The current team lead vacancy is for a role focused on the analysis and post-analysis part of the pipeline.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a remotefirst team of Analysts who report to you, including performance management, regular meetings, and coaching
  • Manage daytoday task completion across multiple projects within your team, addressing and escalating timeline risks as appropriate
  • Support the Analysis & Reporting team to ensure individual and team objectives and key results are being met
  • Work closely with crossfunctional colleagues across the organization
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, and collaborative problem solving
  • Act as an advocate for both the needs of your team to upper management, and the needs of the company to your team
  • Act as an advocate for the parts of the analysis process your team is focused on, surfacing issues, and working with technical experts to enact longterm solutions

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience leading analysis, technical services, or related teams to meet operational targets
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in a clientfocused environment and/or fastpaced environment
  • Passion for coaching and people development
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Experience in responding quickly and efficiently to organizational and operational changes
  • Experience tracking team success against KPIs or OKRs and reporting results and recommendations to upwards management
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (e
