    As a seasoned ERP Business Analyst, you will spearhead the implementation & rollouts of ERP solutions across our global manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of processes. Leveraging your extensive experience in multi-site ERP projects, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, navigate diverse cultural landscapes, and tailor ERP configurations to meet site-specific requirements while upholding system integrity. Your expertise in supply chain integration, regulatory compliance, and data security will be instrumental in driving operational excellence. Additionally, your role encompasses continuous improvement initiatives, where you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance ERP functionalities and stay abreast of industry best practices.     Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. ERP System Implementation and Enhancement:
      1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and enhance ERP systems, including QAD, and MS Dynamics.
      2. Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business goals and objectives.
      3. Utilize expertise in QAD, and MS Dynamics to customize and optimize ERP functionalities.
    2. Business Process Understanding:
      1. Quickly grasp and analyze complex business processes across different departments.
      2. Work closely with business users to gather and document requirements for ERP system enhancements.
      3. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
    3. Business Process Automation
      1. Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
      1. Demonstrate a solid understanding of ERP/MRP applications, with a focus on QAD, SAP, and MS Dynamics.
      2. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies.
    4. EDI and Integrations:
      1. Roll-out Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and integration solutions such as APIs, X12, XML.
      2. Collaborate with IT and external partners to establish and optimize data exchange processes.
    5. Continuous Improvement

    Must-Have Skills:

    1. Multi-Site ERP Implementation Experience:
      1. Proven experience in QAD, SAP, Netsuite or MS Dynamics in successfully implementing ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment with multiple sites.
      2. Understanding the challenges and nuances of coordinating and aligning business processes across diverse locations.
    2. Global Project Management:
      1. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for managing projects in a multi-site context.
    3. Cross-Cultural Communication:
      1. Strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    4. Supply Chain Integration:
      1. Expertise in integrating ERP systems with various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, and distribution, to streamline operations across multiple sites
    5. Regulatory Compliance:
      1. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in different regions where the company operates.
    6. Customization for Site-Specific Requirements:
      1. Ability to customize ERP solutions to address site-specific requirements without compromising the overall system integrity.
    7. Data Governance:
      1. Knowledge of data governance, particularly in international contexts.
    8. Vendor Management:
      1. Experience in managing relationships with ERP vendors and third-party consultants across various locations.
    9. Continuous Improvement:
      1. Proactive mindset towards continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to optimize
      2. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
