Our Operations Drivers/Supervisors are the dedicated team members who operate service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet.
This role involves handling a service vehicle (typically a van), collecting e-scooters across the city, relocating them to high-demand areas, and exchanging batteries.
This is a very hands-on, impactful position suitable for individuals who enjoy driving, physical work, and seek an exciting challenge.
Must Haves:
- You must be at least 18 years old to be an Operations Driver/Supervisor position.
- Proficient in riding a scooter when necessary.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout your shift.
- Own a compatible smartphone (Apple or Android from 2020 onward) with an active data plan.
- Comfortable lifting 5060 lbs.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for the Operations Driver role.
- For a Warehouse Mechanic, experience in mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
- A selfmotivated individual with a positive attitude and a "cando" mindset.
- Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.
