Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Outlook Calendar), and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
