- Understand how purchasing can enhance the enterprise supply chain and competitive strategy
- Support IS with the purchase of Hardware
- Review Goods Receipt Invoice Receipts discrepancy and coordinate corrective actions with internal stakeholders or vendors-liManagement of Daily IS Tickets for End Users
- Clearly understand the variables that drive cost and develop strategies to eliminate waste-liPrepare and issue RFX documents to qualified vendors request for quotes information proposals etc-liNegotiate andor aid with the negotiation of best price delivery terms of payment and purchase conditions tax exemptions price escalation and other factors impacting the total cost of procured items or services-liCollaborate with Aecoms Operations personnel supporting regional offices obtaining hardware required as needed-liLogistics management including expediting for critical site deliveries.liManage the lifecyclepurchase order activity/li>Maintain high data integrity when inputting records in company database systems/li>
