Job Title:
Jr. Business Operations Specialist

This is an entry level position, but the opportunity exists to chart your own career path as your skills develop and the company grows.

This team member will work across the entire organisation, supporting operations, accounting, sales, and marketing in many ways:

Responsibilities

• Support company leaders with day to day operations
• Create, manage and maintain internal process
• Work directly with finance to ensure timesheets and client invoices are aligned with contracts
• Building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders
• Ensuring ongoing communication with managers and other department leads
• Build alliances and partnerships
• Be a champion for morale and company culture
• Supporting the optimization of marketing channels and ROI
• Working crossfunctionally to devise and implement marketing campaigns
• Collecting data on marketing campaigns
• Planning and coordinating seasonal promotions, events, or information sessions
• Ensuring all information on social media is uptodate and accurate
• Leveraging analytics and competitive analysis to help create new campaigns
• Other tasks as required

Qualifications
2-3 years experience in a similar administrative, operations, or marketing role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Related Post-Secondary Education

Well versed with office suite products

Exel, accounting (AR/AP), copy writing, design, and digital marketing tool experience is considered a plus


Salary:
$50,059.83-$64,684.19 per year
