The Senior Claim Advisor's goal is to support the achievement of ACG's short- and long-term Mission, Vision and Strategic objectives and is responsible for:
ensuring rigorous adherence to ACG approved Claim department policies, practices and procedures in the adjustment of reported losses of minimal complexity,
providing guidance and technical assistance to Claim Assistants.

This includes accountability for assisting in the developing, and subsequently implementing and maintaining, a PAS plan with stratum appropriate deliverables, to deliver the highest-level plan results, and performance metrics.

The National Catastrophe Senior Claim Advisor works as part of the Claims National Team to successfully meet ACG and Claim Department performance requirements.

To be successful as a Senior Claim Advisor with ASG, you must have:

(3) The ability to negotiate reconstruction estimates with contractors
(4) The ability to handle high volume of claims – 125+/- pending
(4) Ensure appropriate notifications are sent to centralized vendor services in Claim Admin relevant to their accountabilities

3-5 years experience in handling medium to large loss complex residential property claims,
~ Experience in adjusting single peril auto claims,
~ Bilingualism considered an asset.
