Responsibilities
- Rotating schedule (days and nights)
- Check in with Mobile Patrol for any updates overnight
- Check with multiples site for update
- Daily and weekly operational planning
- Review and approve reports
- Assist area supervisor with sick calls and shift replacement
- Update shifts and schedule
- Communicate with all area supervisors
- Communicate with site managers (Client's)
- Address and resolve operational issues
- Assist in weekly schedule preparation
- Assists supervisors with shift assignments/replacements
- Oversee all NB operations
- Day to day operational task
- Implement Post orders and tasks
- Enforce company policies
- Document / log/ report employee performances
- Advise HR of any performance and corrective measures needed
- Assure Tracktik software is updated for billing and payroll dept.
- Tracktik implementation
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a Security Guard License (must be 19 years old or older)
- 35 years experience in the Security field (asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset (dispatch)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
- Bilingual (French and English)
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
