    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
    • Lead, guide, train, and mentor field and coordination staff to ensure project success
    • Provide accurate financial reports, including cost and revenue forecasting, accruals, billing, receivables, payables management, and working capital management
    • Develop and manage schedules, resource plans, procurement, project commissioning, and risk mitigation strategies
    • Control costs and maximize productivity through best practices and standard processes
    • Maintain all written and verbal project communications, both formal and informal
    • Develop customer relationships supporting further business development

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Project Manager in the audio-visual, integrated security, or structured cabling industry
    • Experience managing large construction projects preferred
    • Delivery experience utilizing Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, Belden, CommScope, Crestron, Biamp, Extron preferred
    • Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
    • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification considered an asset
    • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification considered an asset
