JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting programs and initiatives related to their assigned regional sales and marketing efforts.

He / She will field questions and provide standard information pertaining to programs being administered, routine details, and other frequently asked questions.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for creating presentations using various tools and reports in order to support regional sales and marketing initiatives.


CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required Education and Experience

  • 2year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years' experience as a program specialist or related professional area.

Other Preferred Skills/Experience

  • University degree in business, marketing, communication preferred
  • Previous sales support preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented, with demonstrated track record of followthrough and delivery
  • Experience working effectively in a multinational setting with virtual team environments
  • Able to work independently and prioritize objectively
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Demonstrates selfconfidence, energy and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrates strong willing to collaborate and exceptional teamwork
  • Motivated selfstarter
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Fluent in French preferred

  • Answers questions pertaining to the program(s) being administered.
  • Produces and composes routine correspondence or documents pertaining to the program(s) being administered.
  • Provides standard information regarding the routine details and terms of programs.
  • Researches general questions and problems regarding department policies, procedures, information or services. Refers to the appropriate person.
  • Support administrative duties and special projects or tasks as assigned
  • Incumbent receives general supervision. Instructions are received at the beginning of projects and work is generally reviewed at the completion of the assignment.
  • Incumbent is responsible for setting priorities and establishing procedures for completing their daily, routine responsibilities. The supervisor is typically involved in setting priorities for completing projects or new or unique assignments.
  • Ensure sales communications support regional objectives and goals
  • Ensure execution and fulfillment of assigned regional sales related projects
  • Support stakeholder communications, including presentations, webcasts, developing meeting collateral, or maintaining distribution lists
  • Advocates and demonstrates continuous improvement by adjusting to new ways as conditions
