Description
Primary role is Invoicing Clerk- Taking personal accountability to ensure Thursday driver pay and monthly interliner payble accounting cycle deadlines are met; Ensuring invoices are processed on an as received basis
- Processing large volume of data entry with attention to accuracy and speed
- Accurately creating, reviewing, and approving customer invoices for freight shipments and payments to owner operators, company drivers and interliners
- Stamping organizing and filing,invoices and driver's paperwork as received
- Scanning and Indexing of all bill of ladings as needed
- Working collaboratively with members of other departments to resolve any issues/ inquiries regarding invoices, interliners and driver pay and to meet all deadlines
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Responding to owner operator, driver and interliner inquiries effectively to contribute towards driver retention
- Communicating with owner operators, company drivers and interliners regarding missing or late paperwork or invoices in a timely manner
- Other department duties as required
- Fast and accurate keying and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable of handling a large volume of work
- Basic math skills with a strong attention to detail ;good organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
