Job summary

We are looking for a strong Administrative Support candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level customer service to clients and the insured, set up and prepare new claims assignments, and maintain applicable information and data entry within internal claims management software.

Responsibilities

  • Support to the adjusting team (Accident Benefits, Property or other areas) and the branch office
  • Provide high level of customer service to clients and the insured
  • Set up and preparation of new claims assignments to internal adjusters in accordance with predetermined KPI's and client guidelines
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, or experience in a real estate office or law office
  • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered
