• Takes and assigns tables for dining room reservations
• Greets patrons and when required, escorts them to tables, hands them the menus and makes a server is assigned promptly
• Inspect dining room service stations for cleanliness and general appearance
• Settle guests complaints with tack and diplomacy when required
• Assist in serving if the dining room when required
• Accepts payment from patrons when required
• Responsible for restocking of inventory when required
• Clear and reset tables when required
• Anything else assigned by supervisor
