    Job Title: HR Project Coordinator (Temporary – Hybrid)

    We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis through the end of 2025. This role will support the implementation of a new Group Benefits program, and you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment with HR policies and timelines.

    About the Role

    • Project Support: Assist in planning and executing the Group Benefits implementation project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and status updates.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issues.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders.
    • Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying, recommending and refining project coordination practices and tools.
    • Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with internal HR standards and organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    This role requires strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP.

    You will also need to possess excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors of Commerce, Economics, or a related business discipline.
    • At least 4 years of experience in HR project coordination or a similar role.
    • Hands-on experience supporting a Group Benefits implementation is a strong asset.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
    • Bilingual French and English.
