Customer Service Assistant - Richmond, Canada - Applied Biological Materials Inc
Description
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Handle and manage customer inquiries and orders while ensuring high quality and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with logistics team and customers on product shipment and relevant documentation
- Follow up on customer orders, production timeline and shipment statuses
- Work with production teams and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction
- Other customer service, support and upselling related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or diploma preferably in Business, Communication or relevant field
- Background and/or interest in relevant Life Science fields such as Microbiology, Biochemistry or Biology would be a great asset
- At least 2 years experience in customer service, retail or customer care industries
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer support, going above and beyond to address customer care needs
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive attitude, proactive, detailoriented and possesses a relentless drive to learn and take responsibility
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organization skills
